No, Juedy owed Hurts.
Juedy should have read the zone coverage and sat in the open area. Instead he kept running, out of the open area into coverage.
Hurts did the right thing throwing the ball into the hole in the zone. If he led Juedy it would have been an interception.
You can literally tell who knows something and who knows absolutely nothing by the comments.
