Tayden Kawaa, a 6-4, 225 pound QB from Hawaii has been crystal balled to Alabama by Steve Wiltfong.
I’ll take another Hawaiian qb I guess

Diego and Oreo were melting down the other day about the 3* commitments, so your comment was actually spot-on
You call it a melt, I call it not allowing people to just say clown stuff because we took a couple of 3-stars back to back. We weren’t going to take a bunch of 3-stars to afford a few 5-stars. Hell, we might end up with more 5-stars than 3-stars in this class.

Let's hope we get the same results.

Shannon Terry regarding the On3/Rivals merger:
quote:
We’ve received a few questions about recruiting rankings and ratings going forward. Here’s the plan:
Class of 2025 and earlier: All historical rankings will be preserved as they currently exist.
Class of 2026 and beyond: Rankings will transition to Rivals and adopt the 100-point scale, retiring the old 6.1 scale.
Rivals will now serve as the sole recruiting brand for our network. Starting Monday, the entire On3 scouting and rankings team will transition to Rivals. Thanks to the acquisition, the team is also expanding—with more personnel across all regions to add even greater depth and accuracy to the rankings.

Tayden Kawaa
I think a Kawaa started for Miami for a couple of years in the 2010s

So does Rivals like us or hate us now with the acquisition? I need to know who I can blame or scapegoat depending on the circumstances. I am looking at you 247, don't get comfortable.

Close, that was Kaaya.
Kaawa seems like a perfect QB2 for a class. Good frame and good tools, just not coming from the best competition.
I have reminded myself of closely following Cooper Bateman's senior year, what a dogshit classification in Utah Cottonwood was

The weirdest thing about Kaaya(Miami) was his mom was Felicia in Friday

Damn, that's not how I expected that sentence to go

Kaawa seems like another Mack. Take a guy with size and tools and see if you can make a prototypical starter out of him

If you’re going to take a project, take one with height and arm strength. Going to be hard to coach up those attributes.

This Cabell kid looks a lot like Mike Evans out there with that sneaky additional gear to snooker corners mid-route and body control in the catch area.
