Bama already getting crystal balls for big time Miami (the U) WR Isaiah Horton. This is the big one Rodney Orr was referencing a few days ago to watch out for if he entered the portal. Would be great to go with what we already have. 6'3-6'4" 205 lbs 56 receptions this year and two years of eligibility remaining.

Glad to see we have finally came around and started tampering with other schools players for a change.

Ole Miss is about to take Mbakwe from us via tampering.

Dang. He got a lot of PT too

I know and it sucks. You would think the SEC would at least get the HCs together and tell them to lay off each others kids.

There is no such thing as tampering when each player has an agent working for the best deal.

It’s still tampering lol.

Imagine that. Momma going to get that Range Rover and house on the hill.

Pretty much the reality of it. Not all but most of these players parents are the driving force influencing their kids to take the money

Mbakwe did not strike me as a kid to hit the portal regardless
Hope it is just him fishing and will smarten up and get back in town

Javon Baker's dad did an interview recently where he admitted Javon didn't want to leave Bama but he made him. He said looking back he wished he'd have let Javon do what he wanted.

I'm glad we're not paying him the 7 figures he's wanting (which is ridiculous for a guy that hasn't even played a ton and wasn't a starter) or guaranteeing him a starting spot (not sure if he'd start ot not). Use that money to get 2-3 really good, proven guys. We simply aren't going to overpay absurdly.

He could be a 1st round pick in two years or the next Travis Hunter. Whatever he will be, it won't be at Alabama.
Marlon Humphrey redshirted his first year, then started for two years and was a 1st round pick.

Or he could be a bust. Or average like Amos who left last year for Ole Miss. It is a tall order to compare him to Travis Hunter who played way more as a freshman. Take a chill pill, smoke some weed, and get laid. Either way, relax.

As long as we keep Ryan I'm happy.
Oh and get him an new WR coach because the guy we had last year should be looking for a job somewhere

JMO but I think Amos was pissed at Nick because he was slotted behind Kool-Aid and Arnold the entire year.

Amos was pretty good this year, going to be a 2nd or 3rd rounder.
