How many millions does Auburn plan on spending on this 2024 class? Also how many more millions do you think Auburn will have to, or is willing to throw at these kids to keep them for 3 years?
There does seem to be a growing issue amongst teams with players wanting a “raise” in NIL money. A renegotiation, I guess. That seems troublesome, but for every recruit. A diamond in the rough type player will do the same.
I don’t think I’ll ever enjoy the NIL and portal coexisting.

Interesting. They don’t lean one way or another?

They’ll find out with everyone else. Tennessee seems to have some confidence. Ohio State believes they’re out of it. But all the BOL mods say they just don’t know on this one. Seaton has kept it very close and considering a lot of reasons to pick a school. So it’s not just NIL as some have mentioned.

Feels like if it's only NIL driven it'll be Tennessee. If it's football driven it'll be Bama.
Also Tennessee he can walk in and start. At Bama he might have to sit a year assuming Pritchett takes the RT spot.

I just hate the he has to sit argument. Not directed at you this is all over other teams boards about why he should go elsewhere. If he is good enough here, he will start at guard or tackle here. No one is guaranteed a spot, no one is guaranteed to look as good the start of next year as they do now, just look at Seth. If he isn't ready to start he is not walking into anybody's team regardless of if they have a need or not. And that doesn't even take into consideration how the portal might change rosters.

Wants to play LT. we have Proctor for two more years. Tennessee probably offers more NIL money.

He is not guaranteed to play LT anywhere if he isn't ready yet. Not everything comes down to NIL. Shrug, you probably right.

Tennessee seems to have been a favorite for a while. They seem to be the constant with the second "favorite" kind of rotating around between different schools.
I do think our success with the IMG guys - Neal, Latham, Booker - is a positive for us.

The progress Proctor has made this season is insane

What is a while? I haven't seen that anywhere. What I've seen is no one knows where he is leaning and he hasn't told any staffs anything.

They don’t really have much NIL. It was guaranteed playing time.

Can’t say it didn’t keep it quiet. Man that’s kind of out of nowhere.

You and I can get guaranteed playing time at on the Oline at CU. Good luck to the kid lol.
