I understand recruiting is different now with NIL and I don't blame high school kids and their families for taking the biggest offers but do you guys not think that Bama should have wide receivers lined up to come play with Russell next year? The guy is going to be an absolute stud and if you are a wide receiver I don't see how you would not want to play with him.

If someone said you could make $500,000 to play with a random QB or $250,000 to play with a really good QB who do you pick? If you're the typical idiot high school athlete, you pick the random QB for more money.

How in the world did Alfano make the list? Is this just the last eight #1 overall ranked recruits? I was thinking Alfano was top 10, but don't recall him being #1 overall by any service.
He showed up to campus down about 30 pounds (when he no longer had access to his dad's steroids). Didn't even look like the same person.
