I wonder if NIL is a way to break the preferred walk-on system for project players? Give them an NIL package that they can spend on anything but is sorta pegged to the total cost of attendance for the school. If they ever play, sure, they count against the 95. However, you get a cheap development player who at worst will be a better scout team player than a true walk-on.

Yep. Just read on twitter that it was his family. He was all set on Bama. Saw Brown lock up Coleman last night and said nope its probably best for my sons future to go elsewhere.
