I think part of the problem is we aren’t doing a good job of self-scouting and breaking tendencies. We’ve been so successful through 10 games that instead of mixing it up a little more, we are doing the same thing when the defense gives us the same look that we did in week one. Only the defense has studied us and knows what we want to do so they are preparing for it. I’m mainly talking about our blitz reads and checks. It’s time to turn the page for the stretch run and do some things differently on offense, Locks.

Miss state likes us against LSU can rush 4 and drop 7 on passing downs.
We did the right thing running on the early,
but when they brought more we did not adjust.
They blitz on run and pass downs.
There safeties were almost 15 yards deep and it meant deeper routes would mean holding on to the ball longer.
What we should have done was went two Te's one back featuring jacobs and 22.
Which would have kept the running attack successful.
But also force them to move a safety and then we would have better play action success.
They adjusted after half and we decided to coast home with the lead and made us play safe.
Also did not understand why we were not hitting a few jet sweeps with there safeties so deep or
more wr quick back passes like juedy broke for like 11 yrds.

Doubt anybody does more scouting,analysis and self introspection than Saban and his team of analysts. Saban is always looking to change and improve.

Bama commit Brandon Turnage spent a lot of time with ATM commit Jeffery Carter.
Shane Lee and Darrian Dalcourt are expected to stay through tomorrow morning.
Jordan Battle's dad said they're heading out tonight. Still working on Khris Bogle.
Nathan Pickering says he feels Bama is pushing harder than ever. He plans to OV Florida next weekend and Alabama Dec 7-9. He plans to sign in February and says Bama is still #2 for him.
2020 targets Kristian Story and McKinley Jackson expected for the Iron Bowl.
ETA: Deondrick Glass says Bama is his leader. More to come later this (Mon) morning.

UF official visit plans change for Thibodeaux (Swamp247)

Thibodeaux’s Oaks Christian team was schedule to play a playoff game against San Juan Capistrano (Calif.) JSerra Friday night starting at 7:30 p.m. PT. Wildfires near the Oaks Christian campus caused homes to be evacuated, highways to be shut down, school to be cancelled, and ultimately the playoff football game to be postponed. Oaks Christian and JSerra will now play on Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. PT.
While, Thibodeaux will not be able to make it to Gainesville for the Gators game against South Carolina on Saturday, there is still an opportunity for the five-star recruit to make it to UF. The Gators host Idaho next Saturday in the final home game of the season, which is another possibility for Thibodeaux.
Just last week, Thibodeaux told 247Sports what it was about UF that attracted him to the Gators.
“They got a great program,” Thibodeaux said of Florida. “The head coach has done great things there. He was there a long time ago, and did some amazing things. They got a great coaching staff, so I kind of want to see how the game goes in person and get a feel for the atmosphere.”
Thibodeaux has already used official visits to Alabama, Florida State, and Oregon. Beyond a trip to UF, he mentioned the possibility of USC getting an official visit as well. In recent days, the 247Sports Crystal Ball has seen predictions for Thibodeaux swing in favor of Oregon.
The 247Sports Composite, an industry generated average, currently ranks Thibodeaux as the nation's No. 1 overall prospect in the 2019 recruiting class.

After Thibs visits UF he will post something on social media that will make everyone think he is a lock there too. 
He has managed to get buzz after every visit. I can't believe it has taken me this long to realize how much he enjoys the social media/celebrity aspect of all this. He had people believing he might go to FAMU . He is out here playing the game.

Glass loved everything about his visit, hosted by Jaylen Waddle. He says Bama is #1, Oklahoma St. #2 (Oct 26 OV), Ohio St. #3 (Nov 3 OV). No other visits are set. "Mostly because I want to grow as a person and player." Glass isn't sure on a decision date, but doesn't plan to sign early.

I doubt there'll be room to take Deondrick Glass unless Trey Sanders or Keilan Robinson land elsewhere (unlikely) or we miss on targets at other higher priority positions.
