A good friend of mine just gave me the scoop on some premium content we didn't have access to until now. Here's the summarized versions:

Staff visits:

- Locksley will be at IMG Academy on Friday to see Evan Neal, Trey Sanders and Nolan Smith.

- Key will see BOTH Darnell Wright and Clay Webb on Friday.

- Josh Gattis will be in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to presumably seen Alfano and Metchie, amongst others.

Moving forward after the Ingraham commitment:

- Again, Rashad Cheney will not be in this clas.

- Expect us to land two more DLs from the following players:

Sopsher
Leal
Pickering
Handy
Sorrells
Ika
Robinson

IF no one bails out of the current commits but we can still take 7 my wish list would be.

Sanders
Neal or Wright
To'oto'o & Dean or Bogle. Would love to have Thib but see him staying on the WC
Sopsher & Ika
Pola-Gates(like a kid that can play all DB spots)

SO 1 more RB, 1 OL, 2 LB, 2 DL, & 1 DB.

Again assuming we hold to everyone. But if we have room for others I would hope it would another OL so Neal and Wright, a 3rd LB and 1 more DB.

Is this realistic at all?

I assumed he was a hard A&M commit.

The article posted yesterday on Wandale ( LINK) has been amended. The paragraph that yesterday read:

quote:

Still, the elder Robinson said, that doesn't necessarily mean bad news for the Huskers. Wandale Robinson is now focusing on Nebraska, Kentucky and Ohio State after recently trimming Alabama, Purdue and Michigan from his list.

Now reads:

quote:

Still, the elder Robinson said, that doesn't necessarily mean bad news for the Huskers. Wandale Robinson is now focusing on Nebraska, Kentucky and Ohio State along with Alabama, Purdue and Michigan as his finalists.

So there's that.

Probably not, but you never close the door until he signs on the dotted line.

I would add Jordan Battle (current OSU commit) to any DB list we have.

Think it's Daxton Hill (still all over him), Jeffery Carter, Battle, Pola-Gates, Akeen Dent and Banks (probably below the others) for that last 1 or 2 DB spots.

How in the hell isn’t Alfano a top 10 player? He’s like one of the Bosa’s

The BOL staff has hinted he will be getting a massive boost in the next round of rankings that will be released in early November.

Eboigbe too.

was looking at Dents film and man he would be the perfect nickle corner. Aggressive tackling and ball skills.

Well, Bone just said on the GHS that Ika is down the DL board right now.

Sopsher, Pickering, Sorrells, and possibly that Arizona DL

So basically he's in the bottom third of guards in college football in pass blocking. Certainly not ideal. How about those tackles, though? Damn.

LSU fans will not like that and more threads will come about how the REC determined the top 5.

Leatherwood is a tackle playing guard. The staff wanted Williams, Willis and Leatherwood on the field at the same time.

Look for Leatherwood to move to left tackle next year after Williams jumps to the NFL.
