With the way things go in Mississippi, I am not shocked or broken up about Pickering. My belief is the less we do in Mississippi the better. However I must admit that the Bryon Young news is suprising though.

BOL insider says the plan is to close out with Sopsher, Leal and Tuitele on the DL assuming Tuitele performs well at camp this weekend.

Is there any indication that Leal will flip? Sounds like sunshine pumping to me

Pickering will go down to NSD with several teams involved (verbal commitment or not), and it will be nasty.
Please do not take this the wrong way but why do you every time a recruit your sources seem to think is leaning our way but commits elsewhere your first post seems to indicate something illegal went down. Again maybe I am seeing it wrong but to be honest who cares. He picked elsewhere and if cash was flowing so be it. It tells me we are not playing that way and I am just fine not having the NCAA in our backyard.

Remember when I said we took Eboigbe and we would be missing on the targets that got the most attention on this forum?
Well now we can see what occurred. We got Eboigbe, Auburn got Jaren Handy and the Mississippi schools will split Young and Pickering.
We got at worst the second best of the four. Only Pickering could be said us better and Eboigbe is a better pass rusher.

Tuitele steal needs another camp to commit? They must be really confident on Leal and Sospher if that is true.

MS recruiting is so flippin shady it’s not funny. NCAA should just give that whole state the death penalty.

Eboigbe's upside is huge. I think Coach Kug and Cochran can turn him into a great and very versatile DL. I'm glad we have his commitment instead of Pickering, Young or Handy. Like Saint mentioned above, they'll probably want to take Tuitele & Leal asap and then Sopsher too.
ETA: Charles Moore camped at UA earlier this week, but no news of an offer being made yet.

It’s just amazing to me (and this is what for some part keeps this shite interesting) that as many kids as the services (and us) can see committing from a mile away we always have a few like Ebo.

Yep. Bama landed a few already that were pretty unexpected -- Tanner Bowles, Rashad Cheney, Shane Lee, DeMarcco Hellams and Justin Eboigbe -- along with a couple of really quick recruitments -- Kevin Harris and Antonio Alfano. It seems to me that Bama is pretty good at containing visibility of their progress in some recruitments, especially in the early going.

If Billingsley commits, you can throw him onto your list. Of the people you didn't name they are all the Alabama recruits and Turnage. After Eboigbe committed out of nowhere I almost posted a list of our final 12 commits where it was just guys you wouldn't expect like Devontae Dobbs and Jowon Briggs. People we are in on but you never hear about.

What info do you have on Leal that we take him ? Did his visit go incredible? I know were in it for Tuitele, and we want sopsher. I wish we’d get in it on Walker from GA. And look at the highlights of the DE committed to Purdue great motor..

Insiders have indicated Bama is doing well with Leal, and has a pretty good chance of getting him. He's a very high priority. He likes ATM too though and Craig is in good with his family. It sounds like we'll need to build on our momentum and make up ground with the family to pull him.

Rodney Orr has said, like others, that we have momentum for Leal, but in the end he will be a tough pull from A&M. He's at the top of the board of uncommitted DL, though. Only Alfano is considered at his level or higher.

Awesome !!! We need to steal one from the aggies. Leal, Tuitele, Sopsher. Pretty dang good there .that line can move and line up anywhere inside or out. I do like Young too! Maybe blue shirt for Cheney.

Haha... jus kidding
No, but seriously, if you don't like what folks that contribute info to this thread have to say why don't you go ahead, and just keep that to yourself, or see your way TFO... mkay ? Alright now, good talk.
