I like Rodney a lot. He seems like a great guy. Hes one of the best in the business.

He gets a lot of props from other Bama guys for being a Bama football trivia master.

Rivals' new #1 player overall is Louisiana corner Derek Stingley.

The video they posted said that some view him as the best athlete to come out of Louisiana in the last 15 years. First off somebody call Leonard Fournette and let him know that. Secondly who came out 15 years ago that they are talking about? Robert Lane, Early Ducet? Does anybody know who they are referring to? This seems ridiculous at first glance.

We got a great chance at 2,4,8,9 and 10 tho'

I guess he makes the most sense, still these people rating him over Fournette? Landry was a boss but no. He loves him some PEDs . David Bostoned himself out the league.

I just went back 5 days and see no mention of this prediction

Was from a post on June the 7th entitled: "Some "just for the fun of it" predictions & guesses.... ". The blurb was... "Next 2019 Alabama football commitment: A ***wild guess***...Hyattsville-DeMatha, MD safety DeMarco Hellams, who ranks as one of the nation's top 100 prospects. Hellams & highly-regarded safety teammate Nick Cross make official visits to Bama this weekend. Again, ***this is only a guess."

The "This is only a guess" part is vintage Rodney when he knows something, but isn't at liberty to say much more. Ha. I've learned that when he makes a "wild guess" or a "hunch", you might want to pay attention.

Goodness. I'm not even sure that Dianabol and Deca do that. He must have caught the new insulin fever that the power lifters and body builders are into these days. That's just absurdly big.

4-star TE Jahleel Billingsley 6-4/216 (IL) hudl

Billingsley's OV to UA is this weekend, June 15. His first OV was to Penn State last weekend. Bama offered him in May, a few days after he visited UF and named them his leader. He ran a 4.64 forty and 4.48 short shuttle at The Opening Ohio Regional in May. He's the #10 TE and #282 overall player per the 247 Composite.

Apparently Stingley had an incredible showing during The Opening testing which is what is driving his rise to the top spot. Fair play to him. I am not a fan of using "combine" results to determine football success but to each his own. He has all the physical tools to be an elite player in college.

Yep. But if he's getting such a bump for Combine stats, Daxton Hill needs to get the same bump. His stats were even a tiny hair better (#1 vs #2, if memory serves me correctly). Seems like Jeffery Carter (is he the one I'm thinking about?) also had a really good Combine. At any rate, I know it's a different position, but I'll take our DL combine freak (Alfano) and put him up against anybody.

If the new hires can coach just half as well as they can recruit, we'll be sitting pretty.

It seems more like throw it out there that if it sticks I am the man and if not like I said it was a wild guess just for fun as I said.

Maybe I am missing something
