TEXAS A&M

Class size: 23 signees, 2 commits

Top247 recruits: 9

Class Ranking: 4 overall; 3 SEC

Jimbo Fisher is reeling in one of the more impressive Texas A&M classes on paper in quite some time. The Aggies haven’t finished in the top 5 since 2014. Headlining the group of recruits set to embark upon College Station is 5-star defensive lineman DeMarvin Leal. The Converse (Texas) Judson product caught everyone’s eyes at the All-American Bowl and is sure to be a force in the trenches for the Aggies for years to come. Other top signees include 5-star offensive tackle Kenyon Green and the nation’s No. 1 tight end in Baylor Cupp.

GEORGIA

Class size: 22 signees, 1 commit

Top247 recruits: 13

Class Ranking: 2 overall; 2 SEC

Georgia is not likely to catch Alabama for the No. 1 class in the country, but the Bulldogs are already looking at its second-highest rated class in the internet-recruiting era. What's more, Georgia is likely to sign four fewer players than the Crimson tide, but still has an average rating per signee that is just 1.07 points behind the top spot. Georgia reeled in four five-stars according to 247Sports - edge rusher Nolan Smith, defensive tackle Travon Walker, cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, and inside linebacker Nakobe Dean.

ALABAMA

Class size: 24 signees, 4 commits

Top247 recruits: 23

Class Ranking: 1 overall; 1 SEC

After not finishing atop the recruiting rankings in 2018 for the first time in seven cycles, Alabama is back in familiar territory and bordering arguably the best class ever on paper according to the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings. Highlighting the Tide’s loaded commit list are the nation’s No. 1 player per 247Sports (No. 5 in Composite) in defensive end Antonio Alfano. Other Composite 5-stars include the nation’s top running back in Trey Sanders and the No. 1 offensive tackle in America in Evan Neal. Along with the 5-stars, Alabama currently has a dozen commits and signees within the Top100 of the Composite.

Bama is still the team to beat for Khris Bogle, and his mom -- and that's a pretty tall order.

Why? Nobody is going to to hire him away. Nobody outside of LA can understand him.

Perusing the twitter and I came across this tweet from Bogle. Not sure if he is playing a game or being serious. His response when asked if he was committed, “Yea I’m talking bout signing.” Take it for what’s worth.

Bogle

Edited to fix “talking.”

The Bogle stuff seems like a lot of hearsay. I believe he will sign with us.
