Usually the OL coach is a recruiting position on most staffs. Not saying they don’t need technical knowledge but you can let coordinators get away with not recruiting much

I can see both. I mean, Cristobal obviously was, but both Pendry and Stoutland weren't really recruiters. And to me, those guys coached our best offensive lines.

This is true. Not recruiters at all and we had really good OL’s.
