Nick Saban and company are seen as he early favorites to land Rivals100 outside linebacker Reggie Grimes, a four-star prospect out of Tennessee. Alabama will likely take a few players at the position, but Grimes seems to be the program’s top target as things stand now.

Flowe, who goes by the impossibly cool nickname “Baby Man,” Is one of the most intriguing linebacker prospects we’ve seen in recent years. He’s as active and aggressive as players come, and his recruitment seems to be relatively open now that USC appears to be in turmoil of sorts. Should things stabilize, it seems somewhat likely that the five-star will stay in California and play for the Trojans, but should a coaching change take place next year, his recruitment could take a number of different turns. Flowe holds offers from a laundry list of major programs, so it’s hard to say where he might look if things go south at USC.

Alabama and Miami are off to great starts when it comes to defensive line recruiting for the 2020 class. The Crimson Tide already have more commitments in the Rivals100 than any other school, and Miami’s three defensive line commitments are from four-star prospects. Defensive end Chris Braswell (No. 47) and defensive tackle Jayson Jones (No. 90) are Alabama’s two commitments in the Rivals100, and they also hold a commitment from three-star Jah-Marien Latham.
Miami’s only defensive line commitment in the Rivals100 is from Samuel Anaele (No. 91), but Canes commit Tre’Von Riggins (No. 230) is also in the Rivals250. Willie Moise, a four-star defensive end, is also committed to Miami, making the Canes the only team with three defensive commits rated at least four-stars.

Alabama commit Christian Williams plans to take official visits to Alabama and LSU in January, before signing with one of those two in February. The Tigers had Williams on campus in the fall and they appear to be a real threat to the Crimson Tide. LSU will host him first (Jan. 11), then Alabama (Jan. 25). Williams and LSU defensive backs coach Corey Raymond have really connected.

Amari Kight towers over the other offensive linemen on Team Alabama. The Alabama commit was impressive. Although there was no live action in the morning session, Kight looked good going through drills. He moves well for his size and he drew praise from the coaches. Kight looks like he belongs in Tuscaloosa. He is one I can see the Crimson Tide fans being excited about down the road.

I knew that was all going to be bullshite about him flipping back. A 5 star as good as him doesnt take that decision lightly. I still think Saban planned those two flips to be announced at that moment because he wanted to gain traction after the Webb commitment.
These coaches like Saban and Kirby are genius at recruiting and will use stuff like that and social media blitzes to work in their favor.
