According to 247, Pruit was his recruiter.

I think it was Pruitt, but Kevin Scherrer was his Primary at UGA so it cancels out IMO.
Or if he really liked both of them, it means he goes to Tennessee.

I almost don't want this dude anymore and can't really figure out why he's supposedly so high on our board when you look at our upper-class depth and the fact that Luke Ford is still out there.
He's already picked Texas over us once, and is now playing games like this.
I get kids and recruiting but I definitely wouldn't lose sleep if we passed and filled his spot with another DL or DB.
Look at Michael Parker, I realize he's not as highly rated, but look how bad he wants to play for the Tide.
It's a dream for him as a in-state kid who was finally offered like a week or so ago, wasted zero time committing and is already recruiting for us.
I say we ride with him as our lone TE this year and move on.

I’m totally satisfied with Parker as our only tightend. To me his highlights , he’s under rated very fast athletic, just needs more upper strength. I’m with you. DAW can go to Tenn! If we only take 1 WR this year Jaylen Waddle is so fast, and great with the ball in his hands. MUST GET

If he is really good all will be forgiven. He won't get the ball much either way IMO.

They love the Casey Rogers kid from the Northeast. Ford is 4th on our board behind DWA, Parker, and Rogers.
Barring something drastic and unusual, Ford won't be in our class. Our staff just isn't all that high on him.

The 247 twitter account just posted then deleted a tweet saying Cortez Andrews committed to Alabama. The new tweet just says that he’s committing today.

Jalyn Armour-Davis hasn't played a down for Alabama yet, but he's already enjoyed plenty of success at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
The St. Paul's senior cornerback and Crimson Tide commitment won a second state title at the historic venue tonight as the Saints beat Briarwood Christian 17-14 for the Class 5A crown.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Armour-Davis, rated the nation's No. 15 senior cornerback by the 247Sports Composite, made his biggest play on offense. Trailing 14-9, St. Paul's went for it on 4th-and-14 from their own 32 with 2:59 to go. Armour-Davis got wide open deep down field and caught a 56-yard pass to the Briarwood 12. The Saints scored the go-ahead touchdown four plays later.
While playing at his future college stadium was special, Armour-Davis' focus was on his current team.
"What was on my mind was finishing this game, getting a third state title and that's what we did," said Armour-Davis, who sported an Alabama bandanna underneath his state championship hat and Alabama gloves. "(Playing at Bryant-Denny) is nice when you think about after the game, but my only concern there was getting the first-down conversion."
Defensively, Armour-Davis didn't see the ball thrown his way often. He finished with three tackles while playing in front of an audience that included Alabama assistants Brian Daboll, Derrick Ansley and Brent Key, and Tide quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Offensively, Armour-Davis had been held in check prior to the big catch. He said frustration never set in.
"I'm not really worried about how my touches are," Armour-Davis said. "I'm more concerned with how well the offensive is doing. Obviously, (Briarwood) was well coached; they were the expecting short, quick game and they shut it down, so props to them. I wasn't going to the huddle saying, 'We need to do this' as far as getting me the ball. I felt we needed to do whatever it takes to get the ball down the field and that's what we did."
Armour-Davis was involved in multiple aspects of the game. He returned a kick 36 yards on St. Paul's first touchdown drive in the third, lined up in the Wildcat and at receiver and fielded punts. He finished with 55 yards on three catches and four yards on two carries.
"I was just taking what they were giving me," Armour-Davis said of the kick return. "I just tried to get down field. I thought I had one more crease, but it's all good. It worked out perfectly for us."
Armour-Davis started as a sophomore two years ago in St. Paul's 41-26 win over Mortimer Jordan in Tuscaloosa. He was a star that night, recording six tackles and two pass breakups on defense, while catching the only two passes thrown by the Saints for 18 yards.
"It was special," Armour-Davis said of this year's win. "Before the game, we all knew how I felt about this game. Before the week, I told myself not to make the game bigger than it is. It's another high school game, even though it's my final one, and of course, it's a special venue. I really just overlooked the next level, college and all of that, and looked more at the fact that I've been playing with these guys since fifth grade. That was important part to me. That's what gave us the urge to really want to finish with a victory."
