So Tyson Campbell is up in the air but seems to be trending elsewhere.... which isnt a surprise anymore. Josh Jobe seems like our #1 target now, with Miami's recent success could this be a harder get?

It was mutually agreed upon since he committed without getting approval and Bama let him de-committ without it causing embarrassment.

Nothing groundbreaking but a few notes i jotted down while watching the AU vs UGA game.
-Kerryon Johnson. Very patient runner, waits for the blocks/plays to develop, then hits his hole with some good explosive power. Very physical runner. UGA really struggled with him.
-UGA online got a lot of pressure on Stidham on passing downs.
-Fromm was poor under pressure and inaccurate. Non-threat running.
- Daniel Carlsen such a huge weapon to stretch that FG range.
- Really need to key in on stopping Stove with all the motion runs. Was very effective against UGA and opens up so much more of the AU offensive attack.
-Tremendous push by interior of AU Oline in 2nd half.

Kerryon Johnson is better than Aeris Williams. By a lot. He’s going to be hard to stop. I think he’s going to get his but we’ve got to stop him inside the 20 and not let him be patient while running in between the tackles. That’s what State was doing and it was working well. I know State average like 3.5 yards a carry cus we did have some TFL at times but we have to penetrate AU’s OL and get in the backfield before their guards can pull. Fitzgerald did help aeris Williams out a lot with their read option that I don’t think Stidham can provide. Pruitt needs to use the next 2 weeks to plan and get guys healthy. For the love of god let us get Lewis and Miller back.

I would argue it’s equal. We got zero penetration with anyone not named Rashaan Evans. No doubt Holcombe sucked a dick and we need to get Moses ready but we need pass rush bad. We can stop the run if we bring some help into the box but we were having to keep our DB’s back so we didn’t get burnt deep because of lack of pass rush.

I agree that is equal. The pass rush doesn't feel as consistent this season. I think Buggs and Davis will develop into a role here, and I'm hoping Christian Miller and Terrell Lewis make a difference here.

There’s a difference between acknowledging they are good and being scared. I still expect to win because we are the better team but I just think Kerryon Johnson is a good RB against what we struggled against last game.

Think what will help is two things:
Stidham isn't gonna beat any with his legs. Wont have to key on him as much as the team did Fitzgerald. Stidham has 175 yds rushing all year
I think playing vs LSU will help, especially with all the jet sweep action they do along with the window dressing shifts

Quinnen Williams needs to play more. Buggs Payne Davis and Williams have been awesome. Hand is still gimpy imo

Kaho is taking a mission trip, don't think he will sign with Bama. That would just waste a spot for a 2020 recruit.

Kaho is only taking a mission trip if he signs with BYU.

Agree. So does Ray. Get them both in at different times if for no other reason than to keep the starters fresh in 4Q.
Of course, if we ran the ball all game like we did in the 4Q vs MSU, they'd be plenty fresh.
