They're also starting Kenny Trill and he hasn't been great.

An "insider" on BOL said we flipped two commitments this weekend.

Most assume that means Emory Jones and Ekiyor.

Just came to say if you aren't already thankful enough Daboll is OC and NOT Sark, just watch this abortion of an offense/play calling tonight for ATL.

This is probably the wrong thread but I don't give a rip.

yep, smh... I have a few friends that are fans of both The Falcons and The Tide. Sark is like the gift that keeps on giving. Unreal!!!

Exactly. I would LOVE to play TCU, if it means not having to play Clemson, Ohio State, or Oklahoma.

TCU can't come close to matching our talent level. We would have to turn it over and be flat to not win that game. The three other teams I mentioned could compete talent-wise. I don't expect Clemson or Ohio State to lose again before the playoffs, unfortunately. Oklahoma seems to be one of those programs that tends to underachieve in recent years, and can really lose any given game. But they are very dangerous.

UGa has slightly better than a puncher's chance, IMO.

I still think the Barn game on the road is VERY dangerous. We tend to pucker up on offense for a full half when we play down there for whatever reason. Strange things happen there. I just want to get a win in that game and be done with it. It's my least favorite game every year. I detest that game.

All of that being said, though, we beat every one of those teams (even Clemson or Ohio State) by 14+ points IF we execute in the passing game. If Hurts passes the ball well in the key games, we're substantially better than any other team in the country. That's generally a big IF, though.

We need their staff broken up ASAP. There's no logical reason Schiano isn't at the top of everyone's coaching list. Was GREAT at Rutgers, a very good recruiter, would hire away a couple of Urban's guys and an NFL guy or two for the offensive side of the ball, and a top notch defensive mind. Why is he still a coordinator? He's a much better HC candidate than Kiffin was, as he's a proven success as a HC.

They may have gotten obscenely lucky if Kevin Wilson is un-hireable to be a head coach now.

We don't need those two guys sitting in as coordinators there for very long with their last recruiting class and upcoming one coming in.

There's no telling what's going on behind the scenes. I'm taking a week off like the team this week and heading to the mountains

I don't understand this new fear of OSU. Yeah, I hate them, but they haven't done anything to show they are any different from the team that lost to Oklahoma badly at home.

I think Penn State drills them.

I have no fear of OSU on the field or on the recruiting trail. They recruited before CUM got there and actually maybe not as well in Texas as they did before now that aTm is in the conference and we have benefited from them.

On the field I would love to beat them in the semis and beat CU in the finals. Just a little sweet revenge.
