The KTVE highlights tonight were strong. I'll definitely post them when available.

I'd prefer that we stuck to FBS schools when we schedule the cupcakes. I really hope this happened because no one else was free the week before Auburn.

Well, he wasn't hurt!! He likely sewed up another Mr Football with his performance tonight! 61-35 was the final and it wasn't even that close!!!
Webb had 200 rushing by halftime!!
Best hit of the night had to go to my son! He got in toward the end at WLB and blew up a RB. Sylacauga Aggies fall to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in 5A Region 4.

Western Carolina again?

I'm so sick and tired of seeing them in BDS. Them and UT- Chattanooga.

If you have to play FCS schools, that is fine. Just don't play the same ones over and over again.

The non conference schedule for 2019 is
Duke
New Mexico St
Southern Miss
Western Carolina

Dont sweat the pool. Either get a saltwater pool or swtch it right away. We did and its much easier to mantain and we save about 1500 a year in chemicals. Pool stores will poo poo them because they lose money on not selling you the chemicals.

Were they the team from a few years ago that kept taking cheap shots? Or was it a different Carolina?

Yep. Also, chemicals & toxins in water (pools, baths & showers) and in soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, etc. are absorbed by the skin -- can cause cancer and many other health issues.

Alabama cornerback commit Jalyn Armour-Davis injured his knee during a first-quarter punt return on Friday night, according to AL.com's Ben Thomas.

St. Paul's Episcopal went on to went the contest with Williamson 9-6 despite Armour-Davis' absence.

Saints head coach Steve Mask tells Thomas the injury is not expected to be season-ending.

A four-star cornerback, Armour-Davis committed to the Crimson Tide in June over Auburn and Florida State.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound product of Mobile, Ala., is rated the No. 16 cornerback and the No. 124 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.

Well that's good news

I'm not really opposed to a pool.

The problem is I don't want it to be the driving factor in why we pick a house. I'm more concerned about finding a house I like INSIDE. She's willing to overlook a lot of shortcomings in a house if it has a pool. I'm not.

I hope he's right. When I saw that it was a non contact injury, I cringed.

I don't blame you. You're gonna spend a hell of a lot more time in the house than the pool. At least Garfield can hook you up with a pool boy though

St. Paul's coach Steve Mask felt a little better about Alabama commit Jalyn Armour-Davis' health following his team's 9-6 win over Williamson at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on Friday.

Armour-Davis, a four-star cornerback, hurt his knee on a first-quarter punt return and did not re-enter the game.

"He just planted his inside foot and it gave away," Mask said. "He didn't get hit on it. It just buckled."

Mask said Armour-Davis will be evaluated further on Monday, but he didn't expect it to be a season-ending injury.

"We felt a little better after the game, and I think Jalyn did as well," he said. "We just put it on ice, put him on crutches and now we'll hope for the best."

Mask said Armour-Davis was able to straighten his leg once the team returned to St. Paul's.

If Armour-Davis has to miss time, the Class 5A, No. 2 Saints will try to use a committee of players to replace him. He plays key roles on offense and special teams in addition to defense.

Mask said the return of receiver Jarrett Eaton from illness for Friday's game helped, and he complimented the play of freshman cornerback Zach Gray.

"It's tough to lose an SEC player, but we don't expect - at least hope - it won't be a long-term thing," Mask said.

Mask said Armour-Davis' status for next week's home game against Dothan was certainly in question. After that game, the Saints have a bye before facing a crucial Region 1 stretch of games - Jackson (Oct. 6), at Citronelle (Oct. 13) and at Vigor (Oct. 20).

Sounding better and better
