Agreed that there's a good chance that it's Locksley at WR coach and the new coach as a TE coach.

There are certain coaches we miss more than others. But I, for one, don't mind a little new blood in the program every so often. I'd imagine we have a chance to even upgrade from Napier.

Someone is going to get a “arse chewing" for this leaking early.

I think nothing was leaked just ASU needing to show their targets who their coaches would be. If I was ASU I would want it announced prior to NSD.

Alabama offers Kevontae Ruggs, younger brother of elite receiver recruit Henry Ruggs III

Alabama offers scholarship to 4-star WR Henry Ruggs’ little brother, Kevontae’
quote:

...Kevontae’ “Bunny” Ruggs, a 2018 outside linebacker from Lee High School (Montgomery, Ala.) and brother of 4-star wide receiver Henry Ruggs, has picked up his first scholarship offer from the University of Alabama.

Kevontae’ is bulkier and taller than his older brother but is not rated by any of the scouting services, yet. Some outside of Alabama may see this move as the Crimson Tide just offering him to please Henry, but Kevontae’ has talent, too...

SEC Country was told shortly after wide receiver Billy Napier’s departure that it would have “no effect” on Ruggs’ recruitment...

So a shtick it is. Thanks for the well articulated and reasoned response.

I gave a response. Just not to you. And I've explained my stance several times on here.

Mike Locksley is likely the next WR coach. Probably why Saban would never say what position he would coach. Makes me think Saban knew Napier would be leaving for a while, but didn't want the info leaked until after NSD.

Saban's cryptic response about coaching assignments, while at the senior bowl, didn't exactly sound like any additional movements weren't expected.

Well, you sure showed me a thing or two, didn't you? Keep that stiff upper lip, bud. Fight that good fight.

I just think you're full of it. Nothing more, nothing less. I have no need to obtain internet cred by entering into a fued. I've explained my views several times. But you're the one who apparently has issue with it.

Didn't we host a junior day this weekend? If so I am wondering if he was here for it and maybe his parents.

No word leaking on Solomon yet? He should have told the coaches at his choice by now.

Some guy on rivals said his source says the coaches feel UM has a slight lead and that Soloman wants Bama while his mother prefers UM.

Just saw some CB's for Mathis and Harris to LSU. Hopefully that means we're in good position with Solomon. It would absolutely suck to miss out on Ruggs, Solomon and Mathis with how thin we are at DL, and to a lesser extent at WR.

Both Georgia mods just CB'd Nico Collins to Michigan. I thought he was Georgia bound too.
