I guess some people actually think Ole Miss will win a 3rd straight game against Bama. If that happened time itself would stop and the universe would be destroyed.

According to Tim Watts, 2 sources close to him stated that Bama currently has the lead on DE Robert Beal. He still has a few visits coming up and he is also an early enrollee.

Holmes C.C. (Goodman, Miss.) defensive end Josiah Coatney has emerged as a priority for Bama, and the same can be said for other programs by taking a look at his offer sheet, which boasts heavy interest from Ole Miss, South Carolina, Florida and Texas A&M, among others.

Coatney, who plans to graduate in May, is expected to take an official visit to Tuscaloosa this weekend after a trip to Florida earlier in the week. The native of Douglasville, Ga. recently took an unofficial visit to T-Town at the end of March as well.

Josiah Coatney Highlights

His film is ridiculous. He will also be eligible to play the 2016 season which is huge. Oh yeah, he has 4 years to play 3 as well.

Anyone here know much about Jacob Free ? I just watched his hudl film, and frankly he doesnt look too shabby to me.

He has the size, and seemed to be able to make the throws. He even runs well for his size. 6'5 200.

Bama kid with an offer from Louisville. If Petrino thinks Free can run his offense then he must be a decent prospect.

I haven't watched his film, but I plan on it if we start to show more interest.

One thing I've noticed with a lot of in-state QBs over the years is they tend to have shite mechanics. Not saying he will, but most of them do.

In the Coatney film, what are those people doing in the background at around the 30 second mark? Is that a wedding party?

Treadwell yes Nkemdiche didn't show me much of anything when we played them. If not for some Johnny Football style BS prayer heaves we would of won last year.

Actually Nkemdiche dominated Ryan Kelly, but didn't do much the rest of the season. Of all things. Go figure. Apparently on the rare occasion that his head is actually in it, he's a beast.

Turnovers coincidentally vs the same team two years in a row is all there is to the O.M. losses. Hard to win a football game win you turn the ball over repeatedly. (right in front of your own goal line no less)

And yeah that heave whilst being sacked that bounced off someones head or hands in double coverage, and then came down perfectly into an OM receiver hands for TD ? Puulease. Thats some of that old barn voodoo right there.

Turnovers in 2015 were the absolute key to the OM loss.

You can't turn the ball over at your 17 (on first play of game), 26, 18, and 31 yard lines and expect to win.

OM had 17 first half points on drives of 2 yards, 26 yards, and 18 yards. 17 points on 37 yards of Offense. Crazy.

Bama has come so close to undefeated seasons in 11, 12 and 15. In the one loss in each of those seasons, their has been a fluke type play that went against Bama
The Williams catch then interception in the 11 LSU game.

The Manziel fumble/ TD pass in the 12 A&M game.

The Kelly near sack/ pass deflection/ TD in the 15 Ole Miss game.

Throw in the Kick Six and the 10 Iron Bowl, where Cam throws a TD in double coverage that a healthy Mark Barron would have picked off and took to the house.
A combination of ridiculous plays, turnover and missed field goals has beaten Bama in the 12 losses since 08. Yet Bama was within a TD in the 4th quarter of either winning or tieing each of those games.

Area recruiter Mario Cristobal made the verbal offer.

It's the seventh offer for Dotson.

Dotson is ranked as the nation's No. 6 wide receiver in the 2018 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.

Sources close to Tim Watts say that Bama is out for Demetris Robertson. Sources think if he gets his test score he will go to Stanford. If not he will end up at UGA.

Honolulu (Hawaii) St. Louis dual-threat quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, a 2017 four-star prospect, is set to visit Alabama within the next couple of weeks, according to his Twitter account.

He appears to be the only offered QB we have left on the board.
