I'm sorry....but if you're hearing what I'm hearing about Mr. Blake Barnett, today's news doesn't mean a thing. Mr. Fromm was in line to be the next Star Jackson, Phillip Sims, Phillip Ely, etc. Blake Barnetts got this, trust me on that. I'll worry about signing another QB in 2019.

Indeed... I was trying to step away from this crap for a while but this is pretty ridiculous. And bless his little heart and I really appreciate what he did here as DC but FRICK KIRBY SMART!!!!

Basically, I was just saying, you have to worry about getting QBs every year, because you don't know what could happen. Barnett could get injured, Hurts could transfer. I mean look at the situation we are in at RB.
For what it's worth, I do believe Barnett is going to be the QB this year.

2018 has a shite ton of good QBs that we are in on. We will be fine.

You still take a QB in every class due to potential depth issues down the road. Like I said, I hope we go after Davis Mills. BOL just put up a story about where we go from here and Mills was one of the ones they mentioned. He visited Alabama last fall so he's been in contact with someone on our staff. Stanford appears to be the biggest competition for him.

Last I looked, Town is on his second school. And Barnett will be very much in the conversation at QB starting next week.

Fromm has a ton of potential and appears to be a top notch recruiter of other prospecs. IIt's a blow. But we'll find another good one. Sort of wish we'd get a nice commitment soon just to appease the fans.

The thing I hate the most about Fromm's decommittment is that he claimed a few weeks ago that he was a man of his word. Fromm's word is worth as much as the shite I took this morning.

The thing is that Kirby has never coached a game. He can sell shite on a stick and claim it's the best thing ever until the season. After that, most of the recruits will see what we already know. Jim Chaney can't hold Kiffin's jock. Kirby can't hold Saban's neither. The reason we won the title was Saban and Kiffin, not Kirby.
