That's always his answer when something doesn't go as expected. But to be fair, he was saying things about Ole Miss long before the NCAA began sniffing.

Everyone was, though. He wasn't alone in accusing Ole Miss. He's alone in accusing UGA and Kirby - a guy many of us thought would be a potential successor to Saban if Nick retired before UGA came open.

My concerns with this class is adding much needed depth on the D-Line. Next year we will lose Allen and Tomlinson. That isn't good. We need to add some elite JuCo guys like Reed to fill the void

So Barnett is enrolled in a California JUCO and looking at Texas A&M.

Bizarro-World indeed. A&M was the runner-up for Jalen, so its only natural for them to try to poach the guy he ran off. Adds another layer to the Bama/A&M Hate fest.

How is it my answer when something doesn't go as expected when Uga hasn't done anything yet? I'm saying every booster (that's talking) and HS coach around that state are telling people that this is going on there, just as they did with OM a few years ago (before anybody heard anything over there). I have no personal bone to pick with Uga, nor are they even close to the biggest thorn in our side currently in recruiting, so you know it isn't that. I'm just telling you what I'm hearing. If you want to chalk it up to fiction writing, attention seeking, stirring the pot, or lack of tact/intelligence to post it on a site where fans of other schools could also read it, fine. I post what I hear, though.... voices in my head or whatever you want to think it is.
Everybody plays the game a little bit. I got no problem with a good bit of it. Personally, I draw the line at "paying guys NOT to take visits to certain schools". Not sure why, but that would probably be the point where I'd go complaining to the NCAA.
If my tone sounds irritated or confrontational, that isn't my objective. I'm just telling you my thoughts. Sometimes tone is difficult to come across properly on a message board.

Addendum to that, after watching Aubrey Solomon's highlights from this year and that play against Fromm, he needs to be (and I'm pretty sure is) VERY high priority. He looks like as good a bet to be a first round draft pick as I've seen this year in DL recruiting.

I hear you. Okay, I'll go remove that. I suppose that is a bit harsh. I have no problems with Uga personally. Being the rival of most of our rivals, I wish they WOULD finish #2 in recruiting in the SEC, and take key guys that the Barn, ut, OM, and L5U don't get. But don't even THINK about pulling any shenanigans with Leatherwood or Cowan.

On another note, our staff apparently stopped by to watch Akial Byers' HS game Friday night while in Fayetteville. He was supposedly quite impressive. Just hoping he can make it academically, and he'll be quite the steal.

Next year's projecting starting DL looks really good. Building depth will be the key. But this starting front 7 is very good.
DE- Hand
NG- Payne
DE- Jennings
Jack- Hall
Sam- Christian Miller
Mike- lots of options... SDH, Mack Wilson, Ben Davis, one of the guys from this class (Gary Johnson?)
Will- Evans
We need Frazier to keep getting better at DT. Need Raekwon and Quinnen Williams to develop. Need Jamar King to develop. Maybe OJ Smith to give a few reps on short yardage situations.
