Why would anyone asks if he's concerned another school may have more stars come signing day? Glad he answered it the way he did

Cowan might be my favorite recruit ever. He just doesn't give a damn. It's refreshing, having a kid that is so confident about his decision.

I was coming to post pretty much the same thing. BOL had the heading ("Bama LB commit releases unique Top 4"). I clicked the link thinking here we go with this BS. Needless to say, I had the opposite reaction when I saw his actual post. Great stuff.

Savages and Goons... as long as we are talkin about on the field then that's what its all about. RTR!!!

Hank said if they like Falo after his workouts, they could pursue both. I wouldn't mind getting Falo because he's good friends with Najee

Scout released their updated Scout 300 (possibly for the last time). Najee stayed at #1 overall. Cam Akers jumped all the way to #4.

Here's the article:

I admit I had to do some math on that one. They stop ranking them at 300.

I think 346 is still too high.

Incidentally, Scout's bump of Leatherwood to 5* makes him officially higher than Calvin Ashley in the Composite rankings. AL to #12, Ashley is #15. Still too close (AL should be consensus top 10), but the Barners that have been crowing about Ashley being better won't like that too much. Speaking of that, how the heck is he still committed to them after Craig left? I figured he would have flipped to a FL school months ago.

The whole Sterling ranking thing is just bizarre. He must just dog cuss the people who call to interview him, because they apparently see something in him that they hate that the rest of us don't see.

It's been rumored for the past couple of weeks that he is going to commit to Bama. I believe he is unofficially visiting this weekend or this coming week.

Looks like it. I hate when I really like an in-state kid (Byrd), but it's obvious the out-of-state guy (Tennison) is the better product.

Maybe we take both. But on the flip side, this would be the second straight year we take Texas' TE for their class.
