Sounds like Jeudy completely dominated at the Five Star Challenge. Best receiver there.

I hope we don't only end up with Jones at QB. Tua is gonna be a 5-star soon.

I hope we keep Tua, but I bet he uses distance as an excuse to flip.

Having two QBs flip on us in one cycle would really suck.
I read an article from way before Tua committed to UA that said that Oregon was his dream school because he could follow in the footsteps of Mariota:
Older article
At the time that Tua committed to us, Oregon had their QB. But Oregon's QB decommitted from them shortly after Tua committed to UA.
I read an article from way before Tua committed to UA that said that Oregon was his dream school because he could follow in the footsteps of Mariota:
quote:
"At first I thought he was going to go to (Hawaii), so I was thinking of staying home too," Tagovailoa said. "But when Marcus committed to the Oregon Ducks, I switched everything. If I got the opportunity to go to Oregon, they'd be at the top of the list."
This week, the Trojans became the most recent school to join the list, and while the sophomore signal-caller has expressed gratitude and interest, he's still waiting on one school in particular.
"It's a really great feeling," he said. "It's good, but I feel like I've set my mind already on where I want to go. I don't want to change anything. I just want to follow in the footsteps of Marcus. I feel that Oregon is the place for me with that offense – being able to throw, being able to run. I feel like I fit perfect there."
Asked what he'll do when the Ducks offer, Tagovailoa struggled to string his thoughts together.
"If I got offered from Oregon... oh, geez," he said. "I've been waiting for that for the longest."
According to Lee, Oregon coaches will be at Saint Louis School on Thursday, and while they can't talk to Tagovailoa directly, it seems likely they'll be able to gauge his interest through the coaching staff. Perhaps on the precipice of an Oregon offer, the Saint Louis product is overwhelmed with gratitude to be in his current position.
"I couldn't thank God enough. I'm just glad that I get to talk about the superstar, my mentor – Marcus Mariota," he said. "That's who I try to be like. He's been a big inspiration to me and my family. I couldn't thank God more for him being bestowed into my life."

I would have Jerry Jeudy as my WR MVP of the Five-Star #RivalsChallenge. Just crushed it all day. We'll find out soon.

Certainly think RB Najee Harris and OL Alex Leatherwood made a strong case for MVP at their position. We'll know soon. #RivalsChallenge

While I like having him committed, if he dropped us, I would be OK. QB is not a position I feel is lacking at Bama at this moment, and next year we can be right back in it for top level guys while. That being said, if we lose two QB's to transfer, then maybe I change my tune. I'm more concerned how we do at the DL position than anywhere else.......oh and keeping Najee Harris.

I'd be upset if he flipped but not really at him. I'd just be disappointed we had two great QBs flip considering it's a position that rarely flips. But i guess we flipped MJ.
Would really suck to lose the grad trasfer and Tau to the same school though.
