A couple of years ago West Point was ranked as the top university in the country over stalwarts like Harvard and Princeton.

That would be really hard to turn down.

Turning down West Point? I might have been forced to live in a shelter while I finished my HS degree

Would you still be forced to door all of the military shite? If so, I would turn it down in a heartbeat.

"Door" as in backdoor all the military stuff. Pretty sure they dont ask or tell. Would be a lot to endure though.

West Point does really well in ranking systems because they typically account for cost (or relative value). It's completely free to go to West Point so they rank very high using a metric that is misleading.

Obviously there is a cost, but it isn't monetary/quantifiable one.

Unless MSU changed his mind in the past couple days, he should be committing to us tomorrow.
