Good. I didn't want him to begin with. Too many better prospects still out there.

Funny now the Aubs don't want him and he had a lot of Bama pics on his twitter which are now taken down bwahahaha. Sucks for this kid.

BOL has been slow to put out information lately. Gregg Little just came off a 2 day visit but there is no update of how the visit went yet. Can't wait until football season starts.

yeah, top 10 overall player in the country is a bad on field fit on a team that has no decent lbs and is going to be running the same system as we do. Gotta hate a lb that is equally good against the run and pass. No need for that kinda guy in todays game. How very little bro of them

If you're going to play those decommittment games, you better have some good committable offers in hand. Otherwise, you could end up in the MAC or ACC.

I don't spend a lot of time on recruit's twitter feed. Most of the time I just copy and paste whatever was retweeted by the recruiting reporters. After Patton posted on tSECrb about Mack Wilson, I decided to check out his feed. It's downright interdasting:

Here's a summary:

ELITE 11 HIGHLIGHTS: JALEN HURTS
Greg BigginsGreg Biggins
National Recruiting Analyst

It was a big weekend for Channelview (Texas) quarterback Jalen Hurts who made headlines last Friday when he committed to Alabama on his way to the hotel for the Elite 11 check in.

Jalen Hurts started the Elite 11 semi-finals over the weekend off with a bang, announcing his commitment to Alabama after being picked up from the airport, on the way to the hotel.

JALEN HURTS
Channelview HS / 6'2" / 203 lbs
POSITION
QB
QB RANK
15
COMMITTED

Analysis: An excellent dual-threat type of player, who is able to beat you with the run or the pass. He put up huge offensive numbers and most impressively he does it with a calm and stoic effectiveness. He has a strong arm and can fit the ball in to tight spaces. Seeing how athletic he is on tape it is also nice to see him perform solidly throwing the ball in camp showings and seven-on-seven action. He passes the EBT test with a thick athletic frame. - GP

Hurts is a dual-threat quarterback but looked very comfortable throwing the ball over the weekend. Here's a close up look at the Tide commitment.
