I'd like a Center, some depth at Guard, one of the solid Inside backers still on the board, hell maybe Vinnie if he's there in the 7th.

Are you a frickin prophet?

I LOVED Tampa's draft...no Bama players however ah well

And we got our 7th Rd pick Wyoming QB Brett Smith as a UDFA after trading the 7th rd pick away

Welcome back those banned....A lot of people got banned that day on the Hootie stuff BG13 they were kinda touchy about it

I love all the fits for the Bama players drafted

Auburn leads for Chandler Cox. Could make a decision in late spring early summer. His teammate and supposed package deal, Martez Ivey, still plans on waiting to announce.

Not a package deal IMO.

So what's everyone doing for their wives/mothers today?

I'm making my wife crab cakes eggs benedict for breakfast, which is her favorite.

I'm also letting my kids help me make her supper. Gonna make Roasted Squash Risotto with Mango & Jalapeño Sausage.

Oh yeah. I got her a toaster too.

Happy Mother's Day.

Top pass rusher CeCe Jefferson tweets that he and fellow 5-star DE Byron Cowart plan to play together at the next level. Both Sunshine State standouts have become friends over the process and have top schools in common, primarily Florida and Alabama. Cowart, who recently named Oregon as his leader, also tweeted that the Ducks would be looking at Jefferson.

Florida leads in the Crystal Ball for each, with the Gators holding 97% of the picks for Jefferson and 85% for Cowart. Jefferson ranks as the no. 5 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite, while Cowart checks in at no. 16 overall.

Would be sweet, but neither will be in Crimson and White in CFB.

It is amazing what having over half the class locked up this early does to others wanting to use Bama as a "hat on the table" choice. I think they are getting the memo that very few spots are left.

I think we will be extremely selective.

I say that now, but we will probably have some random white linebacker that nobody has heard of committing to us in a week.

West Orange-Stark four-star S Deionte Thompson, an Alabama commit, told Colt Barber of Horns247 today in Austin during the state track meet that he's going to take visits this summer and plans on taking all five of his official visits. Thompson remains committed to the Crimson Tide, but wants to visit other places to make sure he's making the best decision for himself.
Thompson is interested in several major in-state schools, including Baylor, Texas and Texas A&M. Thompson didn't specify whether he'll visit the Longhorns coaches today or not.
Thompson is the No. 38-ranked prospect in the Top247 and the No. 6 recruit in Texas according to 247Sports.

If Ivey chooses anywhere other than UF, it would be a huge surprise.

Here is Defense, I can do offense in a little bit after I get to work

Some are more hopeful than others about EJ, maybe makes it back for WV a couple weeks early to practice, but likely will not be 100% by WVU

Tony Brown can likely start, and has 26 practices to prove he is the man.

Sylve can be a breakout player if he gets over injuries, Maurice Smith is also doing well

Humphrey has as high of an upside as Brown, according to some sources, look for him to impact the depth chart, he has been studying the defense since the day he signed

Nosegaurd will vary according to the teams, Ivory good for the run, but not the spread

Reed and Pettway should blow up

The HAND and Evans are too good to keep off the field, they will have roles respectively

SDH and Hootie had great springs but will likely not impact the team much this year

Reggie and Reuben continue to compete, Reuben has the edge in talent, but the health is a concern. Ragland is a natural OLB but has made strides.

Lee is the most knowledgeable LB on Campus behind DePriest

Devall is our best OLB, will see time at Jack and Sam. Scenarios for OLBs: Dillon Lee - Sam, Devall - Jack OR Devall - Sam and Dickson - Jack

Geno Smith is making strides and may end up being the starter next to Collins if he keeps it up
