I mean, to a certain degree I would enjoy it if he takes the weekend, we beat AU with Bediako, and then he's ineligible the rest of the year.

ESPN just posted an article that the judge is waiting till Monday and Bediako will be eligible to play tomorrow.

That article appears to be based solely on the fact that it hasn’t been issued yet. But the later it gets, the more likely Monday seems. I’m a little surprised but shows what I know I guess.
