It's the first time the main guy picked against us. It was 2 OK and 1 for UA

So Tua coming in to replace Jalen Hurts and making those throws to win a National Championship wasn't even harder than this scenario?
Lol

There are only 2 nerds. It was 1-1.

Tua was a first round draft pick talent that at one point was a top 3 QB in the NFL. People were gushing about how insanely talented he was from the moment he stepped on campus. Its only because Hurts was exceptional that Tua didnt start right away.
I dont need to explain this. We all remember it vividly. You are just a black supremacist clown who hates that Bama has a white QB

Exactly. I’m in constant amazement that the people who run this site continue to put up with it.

Exactly. Dude is such a troll and NEVER has a positive thing to say about Simpson. Ty could pass for 500 yards and 9 TDs tonite and Y Star would still bitch about him and say he sucks.
“He should have had at least 700 yards passing and 12 TDs! HE SUCKS!’l
Wants to put 100% of all of Bama’s offensive woes on Ty. Ty is not flawless. Absolutely has made mistakes but to put all of the blame on him is wrong.
Then again, everything Y Star has ever said or even thought is wrong.

OUs gameplan was to rush their outside lineman (whether the the twisting guy or the DE) immediately up the field and use combinations of mixed blitz/pressures inside to chaos havoc. Which is why our Center and QB missing line calls really messed us up at points. They were always bringing extra inside just with different styles. They mainly brought a LB off of an inside guy (sometimes behind a twist) to overload a side.
But their gameplan didn't work.
Ty threw for 326 yards in that game.
We had over 400 yards of offense on what many claim is the best defense in college football.
We blow them out without the fluke shite that Ty had nothing to do with.

He was calling for Ty to replace Milroe last season. Ty truly has fallen apart. Now, whether or not it is all injury related, I don't know. I suspect it is part injury and a larger part that emotionally he has been shattered. A great kid with great talent, but I believe most of his issue is mental

How when that specific plan is a bend not break predicted on causing chaos to create turnovers?
We had two on offense.
The RW one was KDB for whatever reason putting one of the most unreliable guys (although very talented) in a position to make an enormous mistake. Oddly enough I won't be called a race baiter for pointing RW flaws out though.

Yes and this was why Ty started because he showed he was exceptional.
Again you aren't making any sense. I'm not saying we should do that. I'm saying we have literally pulled a freshman off the bench and won the biggest game there is to win. Your inital point is wrong.

Yep. I didn't even want Milroe that summer. I wanted Ty. I just get behind whoever the coach chooses until they show they aren't going to help the team win another title.
That's literally all I care about. Winning the title.

No. He wasn’t.
No. He hasn’t.
This is incorrect.

The Pick Six should've never happened. It was blatant pass interference.
Again, we blow them out without the flukey shite.

That’s some massive revisionist history there. You backed him until the very end and saying otherwise is some serious copium on your part.
Posted on 12/19/25 at 9:42 am to TideSaint
The AU crowd got on your arse for posting the credentials of our new coach on their board.
Three or four of those guys have serious mental issues.

Again, that doesn't change the fact it did and some calls will go our way but expect most not to.

It's not fluke it's a combination of bad preparation and lost confidence.
Why in the world would you let your ST coach insert a WR who can make a mistake in a position where he hasn't consistently played this season?
Why wouldn't you shut down the QB constant play changing at the line which played right into OU's hands?
Those are other factors. It wasn't just the QB holding on to the ball or making the wrong read with an inaccurate throw

Try 20 words or less to repeat the same old tired BS on every thread

You repeat. I repeat.
I'm having a discussion with someone about a topic and you're mad. Okay. God bless and have a good day.

The same reason why we didn't bench Milroe last year.
The potential for an explosive play.
Williams has shown flashes of brilliance. We took a chance. It backfired bigly.
Don't try it again moving forward.

It's not just Ty making the changes. We check out of a lot of formations with plenty of time on the play clock for Grubb to be the one making the call through the speaker in Ty's helmet.
I've been saying for weeks to stop calling audibles on every play and just go execute the initial play call.
