Over the last 4 playoffs, the team that wins the semifinal by the most points has won the NC. Should bode well for LSU

Over the last 5 playoffs, the #1 seed has never won the NC.

Wow what a terrible ending

Yeah, but it was still a very good hard fought game between two really good teams.

Well I do frequent this site a lot while ignoring the media. Plus Clemson isn’t in this conference. So, gun to head, I’d pick Clemson.

still think that was a fumble and a scoop and score earlier

Man, if we had the same calls against us, we would be livid.

The refs are going to blow their minds in the championship game deciding who to give the game to. Since they like to call it pro LSU, Clemson all season long

Well something has got to give. LSU had an easier matchup while Clemson had a physical game.

That's the late Bama great Kevin Turner's son who made the game clinching int.Good for him & wonder if Sabin offered him a scholarship. His Dad was a very tough hard nosed running back.

Clemson was his only offer. Bama fans would’ve melted if we’d signed him.

Even though LSU fans will be insufferable, it's probably better for LSU to win it than for Clemson to win it all again. At least LSU won't have Burrow coming back. Plus, it bugs me that Clemson has such an easy path to the CFP. Five SEC teams (LSU, Bama, Auburn, Georgia and Florida) could've been 13-0 and less banged up playing against Clemson's schedule.

I think LSU rolls em. They have too much firepower. The melt from them would be enormous but I just don't see anyone stopping them.

And Clemson is already throwing around the D word like they are the new college football dynasty. There’s no way we can win. Either LSU wins (which is what I expect) and we have to deal with their insufferable asses for a year or Clemson wins and they crown themselves the new kings of college football.

I'd rather see the corndogs gloat for a year and try to keep it going without burrow and probably Brady than see clemmy win again and have Lawrence coming back again next year with a realistic chance at a 3-peat.
