I definitely agree with you, but I’ll add to it. 3/4 of the way through the year, we still have receivers not on the same page as the qb and dropping balls regularly. BOB is absolutely terrible, but Wiggins deserves some criticism too. And Gibbs, although playing his heart out, cannot pick up a blitz to save his life.

It's bad. Both sides of the ball look lost. Coaches make too much money and have too much talent to work with to look this bad.

That is a screenshot from Madden. I don't think the game will even let you design a play as poorly as O'Brien does.

You have to go all the way back to NFL blitz for a game to allow you to be that bad at drawing up plays.

I used to beat my son using that play over and over... Rb was always open. Then, after about age 7, he learned to defend it and we began to play some really awesome games against each other.
BOB still hasn't reached the point where he knows what to do against a 7 year old.
