This one’s over.

We are about to be run ruled by one of our biggest rivals in the World Series. Habetz has got to go and be replaced with an experienced hitting coach and if Murph won't show her the door he needs to go too.

We have good size, athleticism, and strength.
We could win it all with PROPER DEVELOPMENT of our players we have...I could careless about Oklahoma.
You're right! we won't have to worry about Oklahoma!

quote:Our problem is waaay more than just a hitting coach. This reminds me of the late 60s Alabama football team trying to be elite with small, quick players like those of past years. Coach Bryant finally changed his old-fashion ways, and gained back his success.

How long after this tournament is over does Cahalan hit the portal?

Ugh. This is disgusting. Three pitchers, all getting drilled.

The sad part is this is one of our better offensive games. 4 runs wins this game if Montana was healthy

I love Torrance’s fire and competitiveness but she’s in trouble against better competition. Next year will be tough if they don’t get a pitcher out of the portal.

Batted 245 in the SEC. how is that a better hitting team.

Again...if our players were properly DEVELOPED then we could beat Oklahoma with these girls.
YOU look out there and all you see is...this girl on our team ain't like Oklahoma's girls...F That! Get somebody in here who can develop talent and you'll see the difference.
Prime example: Avery Johnson had Herb Jones, John Petty, Alex Reese & Kira Lewis(I think)...he didn't develop them at all but as soon as Nate Oats got here and they went thru an off-season/system with him...WHAT HAPPENED? THEY ALL STARTED GETTING BETTER BY BEING PROPERLY DEVELOPED.
Our guys weren't like Kentucky guys before Nate Oats came but what happened after two seasons? He developed them into being BETTER than Kentucky guys.
ALL FACTS! GIVE ME A COACH WHO CAN DEVELOP OUR PLAYERS AND YOU'LL SEE THE DIFFERENCE.

Top of first, heart of the order, runners on first and third with no outs and we don't score. Right then I knew it was over. Went outside and did yard work that my wife had put on my honey do list. When I finished she gave me an attaboy and told me about the great supper she was fixing. Spared myself the pain of watching the Bama girls continue to suffer having no batting coach. I wrote the AD pleading for a batting coach and got no response.Maybe next year.

i was working at a charity and then got a hair cut. I checked twitter once to see we were way down and then checked the final score
Outside of a healthy Fouts we really dont have a great team, even though we made it to the OKC based on a very favorable seeding. Took all we had to beat an average MTSU team and did not hit the ball well against NW. Prange was good.
Once the seniors and Fouts leave it will be slim picking unless some sure nuff studs come in the Portall. Esman was a portal pick and I am not sure what they thought she would bring
