Possibly, especially if they were charging others at the door and he got in free, I could see where that would be considered "receiving a gift". And if Ruggs got any kind of party swag, then that is definitely bad, if the party was indeed held by an agent.

If the party was a "gift" perhaps if he returns, UA can get out in front of it and have him repay any fees and give him a 1 or 2 game suspension.

According to the agent he has signed.. I’m thinking that’s where the confusion might be coming in. Maybe Ruggs somehow doesn’t think he did, or is trying to go back on it..or is just wanting it to be quiet right now. I have no idea on that. I’m sure we will all find out soon. That’s why I took the agents name down from my post because I know him and out of respect don’t want to make the situation worst or embarrassing for any party. It could be Ruggs would just rather tell his family and Saban first.. and just doesn’t want it out. That would make a lot of sense to me. I got caught down the worm hole and really regret putting it out there now.

I couldn’t agree more..I wouldnt trust them as far as I can throw them. Bankers, lawyers and Agents..that’s a combo.

Thunderbird who was discussed earlier said as of this moment Ruggs is staying but a mutual friend of Henry and himself said that Henry has let it be known that Tua was leaving along with X and Najee. I hope that’s wrong on at least Tua lol

I just can't see Ruggs staying without Tua. Something doesn't add up there.

So, now Ruggs is staying despite having allegedly signed with an agent. Yet, Tua who has by all accounts is staying, will now be leaving.

Thunderbird admitted to seeing Ruggs name with the agent as well.. but Ruggs stands by he didn’t sign. I really hope Ruggs didn’t make a mistake and sign something.

My insider sources told me the entire team is declaring for the draft. Even the 2020 signees.
