I don’t see the risk at all if these 15 minute saliva test are available.

Larry Scott is an idiot, but not as big of an idiot as the big 10 commissioner. Even the bimbo Michigan governor has reversed herself on football being played. I guess she figured out she was going to get voted out of office. Every time another game is televised, the people up there get more and more pissed off. If football gets played, bball will definitely get played.

Sources: As power conference teams consider the idea of a non-conference bubble in college basketball, they're also weighing the costs involved. Price needs to be reasonable due to financial constraints set by COVID-19.

Sources: The NCAA is considering allowing college basketball teams to work out on the court for up to eight hours a week instead of four, beginning in late September.

An official decision could come soon.

Hopefully that passes. With additional hours of on court practicing with coaches, our offense could/should be a lot closer to a well oiled machine than normal by the opening game.

When I think Phi Slamma Jamma and Ala hoops, I think about the '90 Arizona tourney game. We ran them off the court.

Nobody talks about it because of what happened next.

It's just as well. If we beat Marymount like we should have, UNLV would have wiped us off the court.

That Ala team was so athletic. It would have been fun to watch.

I would give a pinkie finger for another Melvin Cheatum.

This is a pretty fun watch. Ala-Aub in Coleman in '86.

Wimp Sanderson, Sonny Smith, Person, McKey, Morris, Johnson, Gottfried, White, Farmer, Moore, Coner, Ansley, Ford, Jackson, Joe Dean, Tom Hammond

Yea but we would have been in the Final 8; something we never achieved under Sanderson.
That Loyola game was such a disappointment, they played without their best player and we still lost. Sanderson outsmarted himself with his game strategy and ended up handcuffing the team.

Sources: While extenuating circumstances due to COVID-19 can change things, the NCAA is still planning to play the 2021 NCAA Tournament in March and early April and not move it to later dates in the calendar.

Didn't Melvin miss about a two footer late in the Loyola game? we were down 1 or 2. It was a shot he makes all the time. Felt the pressure and left it short.

Sources: While there has been significant chatter regarding conference only schedules in college basketball, many key decision makers are still adamant about playing non-conference games so there's appropriate criteria to seed the 2021 NCAA Tournament.

Chad, which betting site do you use? 5dimes is shutting down for us customers at the end of September.

Why are they shutting down? I’m in Mississippi and the nearest casino is less than a 30 min drive. Alabama hasn’t legalized it yet?

Holiday Hoopsgiving, which was scheduled to feature Kentucky vs. Georgia Tech, Auburn vs. Memphis and other matchups, is working on plans to bubble its event at State Farm Arena in Atlanta and have its participating teams play multiple games, sources told ESPN.

We might get to play Memphis anyways
