bama has a bunch of “throwers;” not much pitching.
they just get the ball and throw it. there’s not a lot of pitching to spots; or setting up batters. a guy like hitt has been here three years and hasn’t developed an off speed pitch.
our pitchers form/delivery are terrible. looking down at the ground and then snapping their head to the plate while their body is in motion. falling off to one side of the mound or the other.
i notice so many little things that i taught high school kids for 25 years. it’s frustrating to watch game after game, year after year!
