I’m over 50 and I work out regularly. I’m not doing a beach bod, I just want to stay fit.

I was around 40. Had my 3rd kid and a wonderful wife that loves me regardless (still does a dozen years later being about 25 lbs. heavier now).

Now I still watch sugar, calories, and do some cardio. That is about it.

At 31 i'm certainly not in the best shape that I have ever been, but I lift 5-6 days a week and do some form of cardio 3-4 days a week. From 19-26 I was fighting MMA and competing regularly. Once I had kids around 26 I decided to quit fighting and focus on Jiu jitsu to preserve my body, but still scratch that competitive itch. Three kids later I can justify training 2-3 hours a week, so I pretty much just lift now. While I competed at 185-205, I currently weigh around 230, and can still dunk a basketball. I feel healthier though as I no longer have to cut weight. I try and stay as healthy as possible as my dad let himself go a bit in his mid 30's and had 2 heart attacks at 33. I said all that to say this...if you have children or loved ones, you should always care for; for them. You cant control everything in regards to health, but you should certainly control what you can.

What do you mean by big? 6'5", Ok but what's your shoulder and waist measurements? At 32 you're going to be at a negative relevant to natural hormone production.

I'm curious to hear of your journey.

When my joints started having a revolt against me I’m still very active, but I don’t work out or willingly go for walks or runs. My job is fast paced and very physical, and when I’m home I stay busy working. I just turned 46. My joints went to shite around 35. I’m 6’3 and stay between 215-225.
