The #Bengals are releasing CB Dre Kirkpatrick, per sources.

Gonna be weird seeing Dre on another team, but his career might be better for it if the Chiefs rumors are true.
There's also a slight chance he ends up back in Cincy at a cheaper deal, but Dre makes it's sound like he's leaving...

Dre has quietly put together a long career. Did he tear his knee up this past season or was it his Achilles

Knee, he hyperextended it IIRC.
He's had some knee trouble since being in the league, not sure it's the same one...

: Today, #Bama QB Tua Tagovailoa participated voluntarily in a medical re-check facilitated by the NFL Combine with an independent doctor that was selected by NFL team physicians, per Tua’s reps. Results were "were overwhelmingly positive."

One thing besides injury that could hinder Tua Tagovailoa (BamaOnLine)

Rex Ryan calls Amari Cooper a "turd"
“I wouldn’t have paid this guy,” Ryan said. “To me, this is the biggest disappearing act in the National Football League. He doesn’t show up on the road. He doesn’t show up against when the competition’s good. When he’s against the top corners, that guy disappears. And to me, he reminds me – only one time that I can remember in recent memory on elite receivers and disappearing acts like Amari Cooper. That was the kid that the Raiders had a few years – oh, that’s right. That was Amari Cooper.
I wouldn’t have paid this turd. No way in hell. No way in hell I would have paid this guy.

Rex is getting paid to stir the pot for ESPN, he's getting eyes on a media outlet that currently is without it's lifeblood.
He's a shill now...

This is bad news for Tua. Looks like he may slide now. Late scuttlebutt usually holds true, usually not always. Remember Saban said that teams had told him that Tua would go around the 15 pick? Hope this doesn't happen but too many voices are raising questions now.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing

Calm down. Tua will be fine. It wouldn't surprise me if the Dolphins are trying to bring Tua's value down with these reports so they can get him without trading up for him.

I agree with you Shaft. This sounds like the typical predraft misinformation campaign.

Yeah, man Tua's name has been HOT in the rumor mill. I figure there's a lot of negotiating going on between teams to see who can get him and what it will cost them. Honestly, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if someone outbids Miami to get Tua.
