Was looking forward to watching Tua tonight.
Oh well.
I've been defending Tua in Twitter world since last season...but shite, it's getting old when he can't even get on the field. Guys like Favre would have laughed at not playing with a hurt finger that's not even causing pain.

I highly doubt that it's his call. It is what it is, everyone knew he was prone to injury. It sucks for him but it's not some indictment on his toughness or him as a player. He's still only in his second year in the league. He'll be fine. Twitter and the dipshits on the rant and more sports board are going to talk shite about him regardless and tell you that he's garbage, but their opinions are pretty worthless.

Part of me wonders if the Dolphins aren’t just protecting him so he either has more trade value or from their fans. While looking injury prone will scare some folks, looking like a bust will scare everyone.

Guess I was just wanting to see Tua and Waddle light it up this season. That Dolphin OL is complete garbage. I still think Tua just needs a fresh start somewhere else in 2022. New Orleans would seem to be ideal, but anywhere else he'd at least have a better OL.

I think Tua is a just an injury prone guy. Even if he gets with a better team, I’m not confident he can stay healthy for a full season. It not his fault but some guys just have that issue.

I’m a Dolphins and Tua fan but at some point you have to step up. I would like to think that a finger issue wouldn’t keep me out two games if I were fighting for my job. I know it’s his middle finger on his throwing hand but the fact that they made him active tells me he can play. If I could play, then I’d be fighting for my job and team.

Pass to waddle was money.

Tua still just doesn't look 100% "right" yet.

First time watching the Dolphins…not many qb’s (under this current offensive line) would be successful.

One of the worst O lines and few targets to throw too

Happy for Tua. He hit some big plays to nail down the win.

Tua...pretty good in games he comes into in the 2nd half.
Happy for him. They’ve never given him a fair shot and have constantly undercut him

Tua rides in the game in the 2nd half to help secure the victory.
Where have we seen this before? Hmm . . .

They're going to trade for Happy Ending this offseason and send Tua somewhere like New Orleans or Carolina, where he will suddenly turn into one of the better QBs in the NFL after he's free from that cancerous shite heap of a franchise.
