I think Mike McDaniels is drunk...slurring his words a little there on the pregame.

Seems like the other coaches are game planning better. Rolling Herbert out, easy passes.

Tua having another bad game. Defenses are dropping their linebackers further back creating issues. Tua may need to try hitting the tightend. Or rb.

Tua’s gonna have to start scrambling some to keep the linebackers honest. The last two weeks the backers have been back like safeties. It maybe his hip but he used to be mobile at Alabama.

WTF Hill...how do you lose that pass??? Would have been a huge gain. Dolphins offense sputtering on the west coast 2 games in a row so far. This isn't the 49ers defense...they need to get going.

Tua looks the worst I've ever seen him. Sucks it's against the Chargers because of the constant comparisons to Herbert...and a primetime national broadcast. The haters will reappear now.
Maybe he'll turn it around in the second half. Lucky it's a 3 point game.

Miami is running the same plays. They aren't rolling him out and if they do it a naked. Meanwhile Herbert is just taking what Miami is giving em. Miami definitely being outcoached.

But yeah...no easy throws to get Tua out of this funk. Someone said McDaniel sounded drunk pregame...well, he's coaching drunk for sure. Crazy.

His confidence is shot. Tua’s his own worst enemy worrying about the naysayers. He’s gotta start back having fun and let the media do what they do. They’re gonna hate on him regardless. I hate it for the kid.
