I really would like to land Boston, but I'd hate to lose Williams because of it.

I expect a few guys to show massive improvement working with Bo
Rumph was a good recruiter but his coaching in relation to a 3 man front, techniques and gap assignments left something to be desired. I gave him the benefit of the doubt till a TF came with little to no coaching but experience in a 3 man from D in HS and was absolutely dominant early on, the more coaching he got the more he seemed to be less effective
