The biggest winner, if this and Kamara rumors are true, is Tyren Jones. Hope he steps up and shows out.

Well at least it won't have an affect on recruiting in the future since we won't be log jammed anymore at rb

He gone

Tyren already stepped up & was RSed. Tenpenny will lose his position to Tyren

He & Henry are the future at RB

RB was easily one of the worst handled situations by Nuss IMHO

unless we have a scat back type play I don't see where he fits in. He is the smallest of the 4 who signed last year.

Who oversaw the subs at rb and carries? I can understand Nuss not handling it well since he hasn't had any experience with having a great stock of rbs to work with

My guess is the RB coach handled those duties from the game plan on how many reps each would get and then go with the hot hand late in the game.

He's 215. Not a scat back.

From my understanding he is more of the Lacey style back

He rarely played late in any game because we were always up big. He sure did have the hot hand late in the 2012 and 2013 LSU games. He had a great 1st down run in the IB this year that would have sealed the victory, but I very questionable holding call brought it back.

He is most consistent at fumbling at the most crucial point of the game. Granted you are right about the IB this year and LSU last year on the screen, but I don't trust him down the stretch. I was praying during the LSU game this year.

The options at that point were another fumbler and true freshman.

We obviously saw that the true freshman wouldn't have been a bad choice. Not saying he should take on all the carries, but blending him in with the fumblers may have helped them not fumble so much.

But Henry said it himself the light didn't come on until late in the year.
