Thought Saban was great on ESPN. His analysis was spot on.
Yes you have to stop those runs up the middle against Auburn. Just like you would in a wishbone.Mason killed us running up the middle. If we had stopped their up the middle runs we win easily.
We have produced a world record holder and Olympic champion in 400m in Kirani James;so we do have people who can help Tony and Marlon in their specialty.

Hearing Saban praise Winston in the pregame you can tell it kills him. So much bs surrounding the whole situation. I want to know exactly what happened one day. Maybe Clay Travis will write an e-book.

Winston came to home games in 07, 08, and especially 09 on his own lots of unofficial visits. I remember when twitter was just getting "big" in 2009 it seemed Bama fans were more excited by the fact he was at the LSU game than the actual game. He tweeted dozens of pics from our players lounge that night. So what happened?

He was considered a lock as a lock could be when I was student (until spring 2010), I stopped following recruiting for awhile after I graduated. The official story is we finished 3rd or 4th.

Anyone heard anything on Jeff Jones? The RB from Minnesota?

He was a huge Bama fan

Dameyune Craig has/had a nephew at Hueytown that played baseball with Jameis and built the connection with JW's Dad and fed them the "Bama won't ever start a black QB even with Saban" BS and then during his Jr year when he was thick into his recruitment I think Bama's baseball program really didnt sell him well enough on playing baseball, and as stupid as it was the seed of doubt was planted as Phillip Sims transferred (and he wasn't as good as advertised obviously but DC who was at FSU used that against Bama) by that time his mind was made up on FSU. His OV was strictly so that his grandma could see the inner workings (huge fan) of Bama and the fact that Bama seemingly was also recruiting Gunner Kiel was just more ammo for DC to use against Bama. I too remember his Soph yr when everyone thought he was a Bama lock

It should be concerning considering Foster was our best option this year.

Have you?

I've seen where he has been predicted to Florida by a handful of people, but I don't think we have made contact with him.

If you noticed last night when the clock hit 00:00, Winston rushed the field in jubilation. He made it about ten yards out, stopped, and starting frantically looking around saying "where's coach Craig"

That was the first guy Jameis spoke to after the game

Be glad Coach Craig hadn't landed in Auburn at the time of Winston's recruitment. That would suck.

Im not sure how well Jameis would do in the offense. It requires lots of QB runs.

ESPN updates their page pretty often.

LINK

Twitter usually has the quickest info though.

True, but Gus doesn't seem set on any one system. The qb they recruited this year is a pocket passer who won the elite 11.
