I don't understand how we can almost guarantee immediate playing time and a starting job by year two, yet we can't even buy a safety?

I don't think we try to buy anyone. We make it conducive for elite out of state athletes to want to come to Alabama by providing a new nice work environment to their loved ones. Often in Birmingham.

I think there is a certain level that is considered normal and is common place. I think the stuff that got us and others in trouble are the big cases for the most part.

It's been a rough past month for Bama fans. Hopefully our commitment drought will end January 2. Just sucks that we end the year on a decommitment and the Hampton crap.

Yeah and the "logical reason" which everybody on this megathread has previously discussed a 100 times of his girlfriend going to Arizona being a major factor is important as well.
It helped us get Landon Collins... but wait you wouldn't know that because you don't follow the lives of these children that closely.
