With Fournette it's 326, without him and the dream finish for me was a 320.29
(that would be Humphrey, Elam, JuJu, Hootie, CJ, & Brian Wallace)
...with Tabor it's 323.94
Bottom line: THIS CLASS IS SOOOOOO STAAAAAAAAACKED

Nugget from that thread:

They must have given up on fournette.

We'll take Fournette.
Damnit we don't even need him but he'd be a crazy addition to our backfield.

...ok with all of the ones I listed, plus Tabor AND Fournette
...it goes from 323.94 to 328.2

Word on AU 247 site is that Bessent has recently reached out to some programs to see if they are interested.
I don't understand the deal this year with corners. It's not like we have an impossibly stacked depth chart at that position.

Interesting if true. Perhaps he's not feeling the love from Bama's staff for some reason. Perhaps they aren't giving the love for some reason.
I'm NOT saying I know that either of those are true, but usually kids don't have to "reach out" to see if programs are interested. Usually kids continue to get recruited even after they've committed.

Recruiting in South Georgia is just weird sometimes. Most of those kids stay close to home in the end.

Yep. The vast majority of players from the area who are any good end up at Free Shoes or Auburn.

Mike Bobo has been huge for UGA down there in recent years. FSU and Auburn got everybody down there for what seems like forever

Bessent is a strange recruiting case. He hasn't been to visit Bama once during the season according to his timeline. He hasn't visited since a June camp.

I would assume if he goes, he takes his buddy with him.

That's a pretty good haul from Camden to Tuscaloosa. Hard to make that trip for a weekend

So apparently now the recruits can predict each other on the crystal ball.
And so it begins, the great trolling of our time.

UGA has definitely always been in a strange position with that. Auburn and FSU being so close to the border makes them the "local" teams for people from Thomasville, Valdosta, Albany, Columbus, etc. I grew up down there and the fan split is probably 40% UGA/25% Auburn/25% FSU/10% Other (usually whichever of Alabama and Florida is better at the time).
