Broker that Miss St teams front 7 particularly DL is frickin legit
They were a last second TD away from beating Auburn and held Marshall to his lowest running total all season. They are a good D regardless of the stats what I saw was a salty D fired up against a tired Bama team after that LSU win, and it happens every yr after LSU. I am not worried about the team being focused for AU and no one else should either, they'll be ready to bring the pain.

CJ Hampton
Has this been posted yet? LINK

Speculation has been strong that Hampton could switch his commitment to Alabama, which would like to add another safety to its 2014 class. Hampton said he met with Tide head coach Nick Saban before and after Alabama's 38-17 win over LSU, and also met with defensive coordinator Kirby Smart and each of the Tide's defensive assistants.
"I like Alabama a lot," he said. "There's a lot of love down there. They care about me and my family a lot. I enjoy everything about it."

This Saturday, Hampton is heading to Tallahassee to watch Florida State play Syracuse. FSU defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt was on the staff at West Alabama in 1999 when Hampton's father, Calvin, played there.
I thought the relationship Pruitt has with Hampton's dad is interesting. Wonder if that will play a role in his recruitment.

Charles Power apparently doesn't get the same vibe as Bone. He just predicted Juju to USCw.

Well we do need a TE in this class.

I'd love to see the Tide Towers.

I love his skillset, but I remember his recruitment being a headache. Don't remember many specific details though.
And the TE in this class are hot garbage.

Supposedly 5-star RB Joe Mixon tweeted to Kipp Adams that if we offered he would accept it, meaning he would commit.
I'd really like to land that kid. He's Yeldon 2.0.
But we have all our eggs in the Fournette basket.
ETA: I say take Mixon and call it a day. Let Burns concentrate on Hootie.

Did Marlon make it to Starkville?

I'm not sure. Supposedly he went with his Hoover teammates but a Rivals interview came out today talking about recent visits but didn't mention Starkville.

I know back in the summer he said that Bama was the offer he really wanted and if he got it we'd become one of his leaders.

The miss state bulldogs 247 site said that Marlon was there.
It's also on his 247 timeline

In the Rivals article he said he liked the idea of playing with Hand for 4 years. Like either of them will be 4 year players

With Hand, Robinson, Elam, Miller on the pass rush, could you imagine how many interceptions will be up for grabs? A cbs dream.
You gotta think Marlon saw how much help we need at cb during the Miss State game. He would have opportunity for early play time, particularly if Eddie Jackson continues his stay in Saban's doghouse.
