one of the football "experts" I heard being interviewed on the sports talk out of Bham said that the way NS evaluates talent is one of the things that separates him from the others. He is also a relentless and tireless worker and demands the same from his staff. What I think is funny is that folks like to say how hard NS is on his staff. He does not have a hard time finding quality replacements when current staff move on. We have won 3 out of the last 4 because NS is a lousy evaluator of talent hey?

You know they're not perfect right? Nick Saban isn't God, he will make mistakes and we have a right to point out if we feel he has.

how do you know he made a mistake on a certain kid being recruited. Wining 3/4 tells me he has made a lot of right choices.

never said they were perfect but i tend to give NS the benefit of the doubt as opposed to all the arm chairs on this site who are whining and moaning about a certain kid not being offered because he lives down the road. Unlike 7 years ago we are now a national hot commodity for kids . The Calloways of the world were kids within the state who screwed up.

Yes, yet he isn't perfect, yet he himself knows he isn't perfect, which is why he works so hard.
Again, I thank God he isn't some complacent coach who thinks he has arrived because of his success. If that were the case we would have just won ONE and not three because like you who would feel he is above all criticism.
He doesn't though. That's why I like him. Again, nothing wrong with not agreeing with everything they do or pointing out if you feel they missed something.

Until the staff starts to read the rant, a lot of bama fans on here that call out the staff every chance they get will remain a bunch of dumbasses. Nobody thinks saban is a god, you seem to get really mad about this issue for no reason, you might even be a bandwagon or a fake. This is directed at ystar, alabamas next head coach.
