We all know Ty has been off his game a little more than his normal game. You’re not saying anything new we didn’t know already.
But what you to ignorant to notice evidently is when Ty’s at his best is when the pressure is on he elevates his game and leads his teammates to victory. This is exactly what you want in a QB

I think he’s been shaken up a little but I think the main reason his numbers look worse is because defenses have adjusted and started taking away the short throws forcing him to rely more on the intermediate ones and attempt more deep throws. Even our screens which were working well for most of the year got blown up a few times the last few games

I have a feeling Ty’s legs may play a role in the outcome in this one. It’s not like he can’t run

No changes for Bama in tonight's availability report, but all of a sudden an OU starting CB is Doubtful (Gentry was not on the report at all yesterday).

Some of ya’ll take this too serious. It’s not enjoyable here because you guys can’t take the slightest criticism of a Bama player. You have zero objectivity and take things personal and freely throw out insults.

People keep asking for Russaw but why on earth would you want Pierre off the field? He is killing it. Unless they can play the same time, Russaw needs time to get back in the swing and that’s against Eastern Illinois not number 11 Oklahoma.

At this juncture if Russaw gave Pierre some breathers so he can go out there playing like his hair is on fire when he is out there then that’s all I am hoping for out of Russaw. He was a solid starter for us so he ought to be exceptional in a tandem at the position.

Overall a pretty interesting article, especially the comments on roster costs...

What do you think it’s going to cost for a championship roster next year and the year after as we move forward?
I’m not going to tell you our number, but … if you do it right, I think you can really get a championship roster built for $27 million.
You hear some coaches alleging that there are rosters that cost upward of $35 million or $40 million, or that we’re going to get there. Do you subscribe to that belief?
Yeah, I really think it’s going to get there.

Friday Night Availability Report
Gentry, R Mason (possibly their best DL?), and Jackson are all starters for OU. [No changes for us].

R.Mason Thomas being doubtful will make me sleep better tonight. He has a quad injury. Even if he plays he will be limited in his burst and pursuit.

He’s got to start connecting on the intermediate to long throws. It starts today. If he doesn’t, it’s going to be a loss.

He does. He has been all season long. That’s a large chunk of our offense right now. It’s the 40+ yards throws he’s missed almost all of

True... But that doesn't mean someone has to put up with middle school level insults at every criticism. Be better.
