Yep. Limp into conference play, open conference play something like 9-5 to get to 17-12 overall, start reading scenarios that would get us in the tournament, buy into the hype. None of it matters though because we finish the season 1-4 and go to the NIT.

The dissapointing thing is that offensively we look exactly like we did at the start of last year.

Simmer down fellas were gonna be aight...extremely fustrating I know and I was just as excited as most of you about this season.I put aprobably more emphasis on winning this game and the test it was supposed to provide. Def not the result I was looking for pretty much complete opposite(piss poor all the way around) but hang in there we gone be aight I believe.
JQ is understandably a bit rusty and its affecting our whole team. The whole rythm and flow of our O is off which kinda fux the defensive intensity etc.when shots arent dropping. I think hell get comfortable sooner than later and everything else will come around. Hopefully Oates does as he should and gets all over them. Here's to hoping this is a game that we learn a lot from ......especially effort and putting in the work nevermind all the offseason attention weve garnered.

This whole system is predicated around hitting the 3. If we keep going 6/24 from behind the arc, we aren’t going to win many games.
We could recruit Larry Bird and the minute he set foot in Coleman, he wouldn’t be able to hit the backboard.

We're not getting good 3's. 2/3 of our 3s have been off the dribble or step backs.
The system is supposed to get in stride off the pass open looks. We aren't getting those at all and we've just kind of abandoned it and started sprinting around and doing individual things.

When we get frustrated we play even worse. This has been a pattern .
