Nate Oats said getting an updated Coleman Coliseum will be great but says that Alabama's practice gym is one of the best in the nation.

Nate Oats on Jordan Bruner: “He would’ve been playing already. He had a little bit of a setback a few weeks ago.” Oats said Bruner is back to shooting and doing some drills. “We were hoping we could have him back by the Arkansas game. It’s close. It’s very close."

"I know we're Crimson down here but you can't wear red every day. Sometimes you have to mix it up. I like wearing the sport coats, up at Buffalo suits. Any blue sport coats I have are new. I didn't have many tailored ones."

Nate Oats on the week-long break due to the postponement of the Texas A&M game: "This maybe gave us a chance to get a little bit of rest, a little bit re-energized, rejuvenated, and hopefully, we can come out and play like that tomorrow."

Director of Student Engagement for the AD? I don’t know
But he really is one of the best Crimson Chaos leaders they’ve ever had.

Nate Oats: "Right now, they've got us projected to be a 2-seed. A 2-seed means you're supposed to make a run to the Elite 8 if all the higher seeds win, and that's as far as this program's gone. I'd like to break through that barrier and make it past that and see what we can do."

Getting Bruner back isn’t just a good player back, it’s less minutes for everyone that’s been playing too many. It gives the entirety of the team more rest which we will need during the tournament. Don’t have to play Herb the entire game because Bruner is capable of defending and scoring as well.
