I mean they’ve still got some players and a good coach. We can’t relax (I mean the team can’t - we can do whatever we want)

Hope we play well - got girls softball starting at 1 so I'll only catch the first 30 minutes.

3-5 all time vs Sooner. I don't hardly remember any of them but the last one which is odd for me. I'm good at remembering the unimportant stuff. Won the last 2 of the last 3.

I remember 3 of them I think
- Trae/Sexton
- the day before we hired Saban @ Coleman
- one of these early season tournaments with Gottfried at MSG (Preseason NIT maybe?)
I know there was a return game in Norman from the 2007-2008 game but I don't really remember it

I know we played them in 07. Then I think we played them the very first game of the season one year with Gottfried.... I wanna say it was the year we reached Number 1 because I remember getting into a spat with a Barn coworker and using that game as a resume builder for us because Oklahoma was really good that year

Yea we definitely played them in MSG for one of those early season things early in Gottfrieds tenure.
Edit - 2003, first game of the year. Won 68-62. And yep, that was the #1 then crash and burn year. And Oklahoma ended up a #1 seed that year.

The KY player that crushed Herb when he was going for a layup should have been ejected. He pounded Herb with both arms on his head and then stood over him and laughed.

I want to say that was Blake Griffin's first game at OU, but I'm too lazy to look it up.
