Cool, but no affect on Scholarship numbers for the upcoming seasons? I feel like that’s going to be giving HS prospects the shaft a bit then.

It’s selfish, but I’d love to see Jones, Petty and Bruner with Davison running point and Bediako, Wilson, and Tchikou giving us legit big depth. It’s hard to imagine an Alabama Basketball team more exciting than this year, but that would take the cake.

PG: JD
SG: Primo
SF: Petty
PF: Herb
C: Bruner

Bench: Quinerly, Shack, Bediako, Ellis, Tchikou, Wilson, Holt, Gary

It would never happen but

Bradshaw at Tennessee, Courtney Pigram at ETSU, JP Prince at Arizona/Tennessee

Our best player was an all-conference D2 player

Lmao I remember high school football we smoked a poorly coached inner city Nashville team, and walking off the field one of their guys said to me “This was like TCU versus and HBCU”

This was peak Gary Patterson Mountain West years at TCU

Schools self-apply this waiver for eligibility relief, meaning they get to choose whether athletes are allowed the extra season. Some athletic departments will not be able to afford the cost of doing so, particularly given the revenue deficits caused by the pandemic.

For fall sports, seniors who return for an extra season during the 2021-22 academic year will not count toward the team’s scholarship limit. However, in the years that follow, schools cannot exceed the limit, even though athletes on the team still would be allowed extra eligibility. In those cases, if schools choose to let athletes use their extra season of eligibility, it would effectively take away that scholarship from incoming recruits. The Division I Council’s announcement did not specify whether those same rules would be applied for winter sports.

I’m indifferent. I don’t want Auburn to win but if they do it pretty much locks up the SEC for us

And aTm has maybe the worst offense in major college basketball. I mean they're horrible.

195 in offensive efficiency and nearly dead last in tempo. And they're putting it on Mark Wade and the Alsu Crimson Tigers.

LSU's entire defensive philosophy is run out and jump at a shooter.

MARK

FRICKIN

GOTTFRIED

LOL A&M shooting like us last week. The worst 3PT shooting team ever.

Do I really want to start a thread on the SEC rant about how Cam Thomas is actually bad? Probably not, but kind of.
